Children searching through conversation and discussing credibility of online information
In our project we work towards a responsible robot that helps children find information more effectively by using conversation. To explore what children expect during conversational search we let children search in duos. The study setup was based on previous work (Trippas 2020). The children also discussed the credibility of three online articles, of which one was accurate and the others fabricated. The goal of this discussion is for us to discover what children pay attention to when it comes to credibility of information. The results of this study may appear in a future publication and this page will be updated accordingly.
